We will be holding our Youth tournament January 13^th, starting at 6:00 in the evening for Students only.  If you or your child has never been in a tournament before, this is an excellent way to get started.

There will be awards for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place with your handicap (which rewards the biggest improver), and for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3rd without the handicap (which rewards the best raw score.. the best archer).  We will also have some fun prizes for the most number of 10’s shot and the highest individual round.

The distances will either be 10 yards, or 20 yards and will all be at an 80cm target.

If you are interested in shooting please let your teacher know and in the 7^th week of classes your instructor will teach you how to score a round.  You will be given a score card with the size of target and distance you shot at and you will be given a handicap so you will be able to compete against all the other students and it will be equal.  If your child is not in classes see below*.

There will be prizes for everyone!!

* If you are interested in signing your child up for this event we recommend coming in to the store and we can give you further details and help your child shoot a ranking sore so that he or she has a handicap for the tournament. Remember their skill level makes NO difference. Even if they can barely hit the target that's fine. Its a fun time and they get to shoot with other kids exactly the same. If you normally rent equipment we will provide equipment for your at no charge!
